ABOUT THE ROLE

The ISPCA is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic
Fundraising Executive to join their team and contribute to developing
and implementing fundraising strategies. This role is key to the
delivery of a wide remit of fundraising and direct marketing campaigns
and initiatives with significant opportunity for personal growth and
responsibility for the successful candidate.

The key purpose of this role is to support the achievement of ISPCA
fundraising objectives by growing income and supporters whilst
maximising supporter retention and loyalty. The fundraising executive
will work on engagement with ISPCA donors (Individual and Regular
Giving donors) inspiring them to continue to support the ISPCA.

To succeed in this role will have an excellent track record and
understanding of fundraising and direct marketing principles and
methods with experience in management of Direct Mail and/or DRTV.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Deliver key supporter direct mailings and email campaigns,
including copy development, design, print & postage through internal
teams and external fulfilment houses.
* Develop and implement supporter journeys and donor care annual
plans across all areas of fundraising to maximise donor retention and
loyalty.
* Support the development and implementation of new income streams
and supporter lead generation and acquisition strategies, using data
insights based on strong CRM/Database management and the regular
monitoring and reporting on developments in the wider fundraising
space.
* Maximise online donations and supporter journey including website,
shop and social fundraising platforms working in close partnership
with the digital marketing team.
* Participate in annual budgeting and reforecasting process and
provision of regular and accurate fundraising reports.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the
abilty to build strong working relationships, and who is both numerate
